PISTON CAP
When the piston cap's outer plastic ring has been removed, the cap follows the grease through the cartridge when emptying. Due to the flat design of the lid, the cartridge is emptied to close to 100%. Even if the grease gun is worn, no grease will leak back into the gun, as the cap acts as a seal and follows the grease during emptying. The piston cap works together with the Hugo Grease Applicator.
LEAK FREE PISTON CAP
This leak-proof piston cap meets higher requirements for tightness during transport and storage even at the top of the cartridge. The lid is therefore recommended when using more easily flowing lubricating grease and if cartridges are to be sent in small packages. At room temperature, the cap prevents leakage even if the cartridge is held upside down or in a horizontal plane. The leak-proof piston cap also works together with the Hugo Grease Applicator.

UNIVERSAL PISTON CAP
With the help of the Piston cap universal cover and an adapter, Hugo Cartridge grease cartridges can be used in grease guns that empty the cartridge using a vacuum. The universal cap is applied to the top of the cartridge, after which the outer ring is torn off so that the cap is sucked in by the vacuum during use. The bottom cover is replaced with the adapter. This is provided with a thread to be screwed into the pressure syringe, which is operated with a two-handed grip. The adapter is supplied as an extra accessory.
FLAT CAP
Flat cap is a standard cap for the Hugo Cartridge. The lid's construction allows maximum utilization of the volume
